We accept orders by phone, fax, Email, post and in our web shop. When Axdos AB confirms the order, by the issuance of the sales order confirmation, the buyer automatically accepts Axdos AB’s terms and conditions.
The buyer shall in the purchase order clearly state company name, contact details, invoice address and delivery address. All information, such as PO-number, that the buyer needs written on the order confirmation, delivery note and invoice shall be clearly stated in the purchase order. When the buyer needs Axdos AB to correct any such information after the purchase order has been received, Axdos AB reserves the right to charge 1000 SEK per such occasion.
When the buyer is under the age of 18, he or she must obtain parental permission before the purchase is carried out. Orders made in another person’s name without his or her consent, or in other manner where Axdos AB suffers economical damage, will be reported to the police. Axdos AB disclaims for typos, errors in information and errors in specifications on any of Axdos AB’s selection of products and services.
Price and payment
All of Axdos AB’s prices exclude VAT. 25 % Swedish VAT will be added to all prices for orders in Sweden. EU customers need to provide Axdos AB with their valid VAT-number, or 25 % Swedish VAT will be added. Customers outside the EU don’t pay VAT.
Orders below 500 SEK are not accepted. Orders below 250 EUR are not accepted to customers in Russia and Belarus.
All purchase orders are followed by an invoice, regardless of payment method.
Axdos AB accepts payment by IBAN (bank transfer), PayPal and Credit Card. For credit card payments, DIBS Card Payment system is used, which allows card payment in all the four currencies (SEK, EUR, GBP, USD). American Express cannot be used for payment in GBP. When paying by credit card, Axdos AB’s terms and conditions take effect immediately when the card transaction has been approved.
Customers with good solvency and good creditworthiness may also pay by 10 or 30 days’ net by invoice. In addition, the customer also need to be from one of the following countries: Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, USA, Canada, Lithuania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Portugal and Hungary.
Interest is added by 2 % monthly after falling due.
Axdos AB reserves the right for changes in price, incorrect prices and products being sold out. In the case where prices are clearly incorrect, Axdos AB reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount already paid. Axdos AB’s right to cancel the order can be carried out any time in the order process when an error has been detected. The reason for the cancellation shall be clearly explained to the buyer.
The parts that Axdos AB sell are previously used or New Surplus material. No parts come directly from the manufacturer or from the manufacturer’s main suppliers. All parts are purchased by Axdos AB from companies or private individuals as surplus or overstock material.
All the parts are powered up and tested as far as Axdos AB has knowledge to do so. All servo drives and inverters have been taken apart for cleaning and inspection. Fans have been replaced unless in perfect condition.
The parts that Axdos AB sell are in various physical condition, hence different classification categories are used:
New Surplus: The unit may have been connected but never been in use. It can be in a sealed original box, opened original box or in Axdos AB packaging.
As New: Typically a demonstration unit. This unit has only been operating a few hours.
Used: This is a used unit in good condition. It may be missing a lid which is of no importance for the functionality.
Not nice: May have small damages; this unit may have some plastic damage, some rust or similar cosmetic defects that does not affect its function.
Lid missing: This unit is in good used good condition that is missing the lid with connecting instructions on.
Display not perfect: This is typical for an operator panel with more scratches on the screen than typical for a used unit.
There are special classifications beside these and in those cases the exact condition is explained.
Axdos AB aim to dispatch the order as quick as possible. Orders are normally shipped the same day.

Cancellation issued by the buyer
In cases when the buyer deems that delivery is delayed in such a way that the buyer no longer wishes delivery of the order, it’s the buyer’s responsibility to cancel the order according to Axdos AB’s terms and conditions. Cancellation of a dispatched order is not accepted. The buyer is obliged to accept the delivery of an order that has already been dispatched. Cancellation is in any way not accepted for products or services specifically procured or specifically altered for the buyer.
The cancellation is accepted by Axdos AB only when the buyer has received a cancellation acknowledgement by Axdos AB.
Retention of title
All products remain Axdos AB’s property until full payment has been received.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Axdos AB be liable for any damages except up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to Axdos AB for the product. Including Axdos AB shall not be liable for any consequential damages or loss of profit whether or not advised of the same. Physical damage to the product by abuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, or details that have been altered from the original factory specifications, will not be covered by Axdos AB.
Unless other is stated in the description, the warranty period is 6 months on used units and 12 months on new surplus units. The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice.
This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either express or implied, including that we disclaim any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.
It is appropriate and recommended that the buyer inspects the goods immediately upon arrival. When the buyer makes a warranty claim, the buyer is obliged to inform Axdos AB by phone (+46(0)15112500), by E-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by using the contact form at www.plcsweden.com. The buyer needs to provide Axdos AB with the order number provided by Axdos AB when the order was confirmed, and clearly state reason for the warranty claim.
At warranty claims Axdos AB will repair the defective product. If not possible Axdos AB will provide the buyer with a replacement unit. Axdos AB reserves the right to replace it with a similar product if the exact same isn’t available. If repair isn’t possible and a replacement unit isn’t available, Axdos AB will refund the amount of the product. When the buyer makes the warranty claim the buyer will receive a Return Number (RN) from Axdos AB. The RN is valid for 14 days. When the goods are returned to Axdos the parcel needs to be clearly marked with the RN. Returned goods that doesn’t have a RN is not a valid warranty claim. Furthermore, goods sent to Axdos AB under warranty shall be packaged appropriately, if not the warranty claim will not be accepted.
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for the transport of the goods, when making a warranty claim. At warranty claims, when Axdos AB cannot detect any faults with the goods, Axdos AB reserves the right to charge the buyer for the troubleshooting and handling.
Approximate lead time at warranty claims is 4 weeks, from when the goods was received by Axdos AB. If the lead time is extended beyond the 4 weeks, the buyer will be informed.
Returns, private individuals
Returns are accepted from private individuals in accordance to EU law. Returns are only accepted if the goods haven’t been used by the buyer. Returns must also be made within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Like at warranty claims, the buyer is responsible to arrange for transport of the goods. Only the cost of the actual product will be refunded at returns, not the shipping cost.
Returns are normally not accepted from companies. If the buyer wants to add the possibility of making a return of the goods, it should be negotiated between the buyer and Axdos AB prior to making the purchase. Returns are never accepted for products or services specifically procured or specifically altered for the buyer.
Transport damaged goods
In the event of transport damaged goods, the buyer needs to inform the freight forwarder immediately.
Axdos AB shall not be liable for non-fulfilment which is totally or partly due to circumstances beyond Axdos AB’s control. Thus, Axdos AB shall be exempted from liability in fulfilling any Agreement in the case of circumstances which prevent punctual or faultless delivery, if the circumstances are not due to Axdos AB’s commission or omission. Neither party shall be held responsible for any loss, damage, delay or lack of delivery arising from fire, strikes, lockouts, injunction or other labor troubles, governmental intervention including prohibition or extraordinary taxation upon import or export, war, riots, acts of terrorism, explosion, weather, flood, acts of God or nature, a shortage of, fuel, power, raw materials, labor, containers or transportation, accident, breakage of machinery or other apparatus, disruption of normal supplier channels of distribution, or any other act or force beyond the affected party’s reasonable control (i.e., a force majeure). Finally, loss due to the fault or omission on the part of Axdos AB shall be compensated for by Axdos in accordance with the general rules of Swedish law.
These conditions are valid wherever Swedish law do not provide conditions that are in conflict with them.
