Purchase order

We accept orders by phone, fax, email, post or in our webshop. If your companys accounting department need a PO number, this must be mentioned in the order. Other information such as invoice address and delivery address must be present. All orders are followed by an invoice, regardless of the chosen payment method.

Payment

You can pay by bank transfer, paypal or by credit card. VISA or Mastercard in all four currencies, American Express in Euro, USD or SEK. Diners are only accepted in SEK.

Customers within Sweden and known customers outside Sweden may pay by invoice. Normal procedure at export is payment in advance.

At urgent needs, payment by card is the quickest for you.
To customers within EU, Swedish VAT 25% will be added if you dont have a valid VAT-number.

Shipping
We normally use TNT for international shipping. To USA we use UPS.

We can send items very quickly since we have almost everything in stock, and most of the items in our stock has already been tested.

Quality

In our webshop we sell second hand automation equipment.

No parts comes from a main supplier. Everything is bought from companies or private persons as surplus or overstock material.

All our units are powered up and tested as far as we have knowledge to do.

You can see on each article if it has been fully tested by us, or if it only has been partially tested.

Classification

Our items may exist in various conditions, that is why we classifies them in different categories.

New surplus; the unit may have been connected but never been in use. It can be in a sealed original box, opened original box or in our packaging.

As new; typically a demonstration unit. It is a unit with a very short working time.

Used; this is a used unit in good condition. It may be missing a lid of no importance for the functionality.

Not nice, may have small damages; this unit may have some plastic damage or some rust or similar cosmetic defects that does not affect the function.

Lid missing; this unit is a used unit in good condition that is missing a lid with connecting instructions on.

Display not perfect; this is typical for an operator panel with more scratches on the screen than typical for a used unit.

We have special classifications beside these and in those cases the exact state is written.

Returns, private customers
Returns is accepted from private customers and we follow EU laws. The unit must not have been used by the customer.
If you want to return the item, there will be added a fee of 15% or at least 100 Euro for restocking.
If we have had extra work due to for instance quick shipping, we will reduce your refund with a higher amount based of the time spent on the order.
Returns is accepted within 14 days from the purchase if the unit has not been used.
You have to pay return freight. We will refund the cost of the returned product but not the shipping charges.

Returns, companies
Axdos AB usually do not accept returns from companies.
If a company wish to purchase a unit with possible return, this must be presented together with the order. There will be a charge of 2000 SEK added for each item the customer wish to be able to return. Axdos AB must be notified within 5 days after the item has left Axdos AB if the customer wish to return the item. The item must be back at Axdos AB at the latest 10 days after it left Axdos AB. At that time the customer will receive a credit of 70% of the items purchase price.
Products that are specially manufactured or specially ordered for a certain customer can never be valid for returns.

Warranty
All units are guaranteed to be working upon arrival.
Unless other is stated in the description, warranty time is 6 months on used units and 12 months on new surplus. Warranty period counts from invoice day.
A warranty claim must be received before the end of the warranty period and the item must be handled to us within two weeks after the period has ended.
At warranty claims, the customer pays shipping both ways.
First we try to repair the unit, after that we try to replace it by a similar unit. If the unit cannot be repaired or replaced, your purchase amount, reduced by the shipping costs, will be refunded.

This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either express or implied, including that we disclaim any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us for the product. Including we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or lost profits whether or not advised of same. Physical damage to the product by abuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, or details that have been altered from the original factory specifications, will not be covered.
